I love God’s church and have spent a lifetime worshiping and serving in a variety of church roles: o as a youth and later a student in leadership at Christian camps and student ministries; o 2 decades leading and shaping youth & children’s ministry in French churches in Nancy and Strasbourg; o alongside persecuted churches with Open Doors – learning from and offering training to global church leaders o 7 years lay ministry in Versailles, 2 years curacy in Maisons-Laffitte, 1 year curacy at St Michael’s Paris.
My adult life has been committed to serving and encouraging young people, including a spell as a paid Children’s worker, a second degree studying the theology of Youth and Children’s ministry and then 17 years of voluntary youth and children’s ministry in the North-East.

Following university and a period of discernment, I moved to Christ Church Chorleywood to train in children’s ministry.

St George’s has a large children's ministry, and we model discipleship opportunities for new believers, right through to seniors.
Families should not simply be the recipients of children's ministry, but part of the worshipping and missional life of the Church.
