sabbatical
I’m a Non- Residentiary Canon of Newcastle Cathedral, and for part of 2025 was Acting Archdeacon of Northumberland covering Archdeacon Rachel’s sabbatical.
During my sabbatical in 2024 I focused on the subject of ‘Finishing Well in Parish Ministry’.
Following my sabbatical last year, I felt that God was nudging me to take on a new role.
I enjoy exploring technology, and playing board games (I will happily talk to you about my recent sabbatical project, which was kickstarted from the club I’m a part of).
In addition…some of you know that I spent a sabbatical in 2024 volunteering in occupied East Jerusalem as a human rights monitor.
Began my career with PwC before joining Boston Consulting Group (currently on sabbatical as I explore more deeply God’s calling to serve in the Church).
Argentina with USPG short-term placement; Sabbatical in New Zealand parish.
