Having been a Training Incumbent for self- described liberal-catholic, middle-of-the-road, and evangelical curates, I appreciate that these are not simply “camps” or “tribes.” We are family members together in the household of God – the communion of saints in which we profess our belief, and whom I am honoured to serve.
My faith was strengthened by the wise support and guidance of significant people in my life and has been nurtured by many traditions within the Anglican Communion, from liberal catholic through to evangelical, all of which have helped me to be the person I am now.
Today I worship at St Margaret of Antioch, Princes Road, a Liberal Catholic Church Plant serving one of Liverpool’s most diverse, multi faith communities, where our conviction is simple; all are welcome always.
