As one half of an inter-church marriage, I will take a particular interest in ecumenism as the Church of England continues to seek the visible unity for which Jesus prayed.
I am also passionate about ecumenism.
Ecumenism and Interfaith: We are all God’s children and we must live in faith and harmony.
Among the continuing work of General Synod, I am particularly interested in inclusion and racial justice; clergy care and wellbeing; sustainable ministry and funding; safeguarding and healthy governance; church buildings and mission; ecumenism; and children and young people.

ECUMENISM AND THE WIDER CHURCH
Having served across Lutheran and Anglican contexts and across Europe, I can bring to Synod a practical understanding of ecumenism: friendship, shared mission, theological conversation and the patient work of building trust across boundaries.
Ecumenism.
I believe that General Synod should help our church to become more representative of our times and communities through its work on doctrine, liturgy, training, and ecumenism, and I would like to play some part in helping to achieve this.
As to other "headline "matters, I am in favour of ecumenism (our church is one of a small handful of mediaeval churches with formal sharing agreements in place with the local Roman Catholic congregation).
I value ecumenism and the building of bridges across the wider Christian fellowship, while recognising that doctrinal differences remain important.
